Giving good customer service is no mystery to Wes Lacy, owner of Ballard’s Septic Service.

After managing ‘big box’ retail stores for more than 30 years, Wes shifted gears in 2005.

He started Ballard’s with one pump truck and a philosophy borrowed from his friend, Gene Estep, of treating people the way he himself wanted to be treated.

Because of this, Wes has made customer care his top priority, from making sure he has good communication with clients to providing top-notch service through himself or any of his trained and licensed technicians.
